Angela  lee Duckwork , was a teacher of mathematics, she made a study about this  factor that  determines success in people. After of a hard work , to teach lessons to their students, Angela wondered, because many of their good students when learning the lessons, they required much effort. Angela to understand this happening with their students, became interested in the study psychological, to discover that guaranteed success in people.
